Stop the slaughter, End the occupation

EMERGENCY PROTEST

15 April 2004: for immediate use

The Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament together with the Stop the War Coalition and the Muslim Association of Britain are calling for a mass protest outside Downing Street on Saturday 17th April. CND urges everyone to attend this emergency protest.

Kate Hudson, Chair of CND said

“The illegal war against Iraq and continued occupation is leading to increased death and an escalation of violence. This will not end until there is an immediate cessation of hostilities. CND calls for the immediate withdrawal of troops and for peaceful resolution of the conflict, if necessary with support from the United Nations.”
