CND Peace Education aims to empower young people with knowledge on peace and nuclear issues and support them in making their own decisions. Activities are all based on co-operative and active learning.
CND Peace Education can also offer talks and interactive workshops in your school, free of charge. Particularly suitable Citizenship, Humanities, History, English, Politics and Religious Studies lessons.

CND as a Pressure Group
Although CND Peace Education itself does not campaign in school, we do raise awareness as to how the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament operates as a pressure group and how young people can take “informed and responsible action” on issues about which they feel strongly.
