As CND is a limited company, it is necessary that groups and individuals who wish to be involved in CND’s democratic process must be company members. All we ask is that company members promise to pay £1 should CND wind up.
A group’s voting allocation at CND Conference is determined by the number of company members they have. It is a good idea to encourage all of your supporters who are national CND members to become company members and ensure that they let national CND know that they are one of your supporters.
The voting allocation is as follows:
2 – 9 company members: 1 vote
10 – 14 company members: 2 votes
15 – 19 company members: 3 votes
20 – 24 company members: 4 votes
25+ company members: 5 votes
