J B Priestley book launch

J B Priestley, co-founder of CND and an influential peace campaigner after witnessing the horrors of World War I, was one of Britain’s best-loved writers and author of An Inspector Calls. Renowned actors Patrick Stewart and Timothy West join the writer’s son, Tom Priestley, to explore Priestley's life at Cheltenham Literature Festival. They will perform selections from Priestley’s Wars: Soldier, Broadcaster, Campaigner his previously unpublished letters from the Front and Postscripts.
