CND welcomes North Korea – US nuclear talks

We welcome moves towards a more diplomatic approach in the US – North Korea nuclear crisis. We welcome too North Korea’s renewed statement that it is “committed to denuclearisation” of the Korean peninsula.

We hope that these negotiations are carried out in good faith by all parties and they achieve their stated aim.
